Representative Millett moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 8(JUD) am, thus adopting SCS CSHB 8(JUD), and recommended that the members vote yes. **The presence of Representatives Neuman and Thompson, who were excused (page 2417), was noted. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 8(JUD) am?"
